Rules and Conditions - 2022 CHHA-NL Million Dollar Lottery

Total value of prizes to be given away is $1,075,000 (HST Included)

Prizes to be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.

Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

All persons may purchase tickets. However, Staff and Board members of CHHA-NL and their immediate family (defined as spouse and children residing with them) are not eligible to claim/vvin any prizes.

Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority of Services NL, Consumer Affairs Division, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

We "CHHA-NL" reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all the winners and or ticket purchasers, and also retain the right to use such for any and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period of time. CHHA-NL does adhere to PIPEDA.

All disputes will be settled by "The Board" of "CHHA-NL", all decisions are final.

Our "CHHA-NL" liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. CHHA-NL will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.

All draws will take place at NTV Studios, Logy Bay Road, St. John's, NL.

Key Dates

The Twenty-Five Thousand Dollar Early Bird Bonus Draws - Three S25,000 cash prizes each. Purchases made up to midnight April 7, 2022 are eligible. The drawing for the 3 early bird prizes will be April 22, 2022.

The One Million Dollar Grand Prize Draw - All Sales end Midnight April 28, 2022. The drawing for the Grand prize will be May 12, 2022.

If All Tickets Are Sold by the Three Twenty-Five Thousand Dollar Early Bird Bonus Draws - In the event all tickets are sold by the Early Bird cut-off of midnight, April 7, 2022, then all draws would take place on April 22, 2022. The Early Bird Prize draws would be conducted first, followed by The One Million Dollar Grand Prize Draw.
